Be the first point of contact and make a real impact. As a Connections Services Advisor, you’ll be at the frontline—supporting customers across enquiries, applications, consents, engineering approvals, compliance, and connections.
Based in our Newmarket office and reporting to the Manager – Developer Services Admin, you’ll bring outstanding customer service to every interaction while helping keep our processes running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately process a wide range of applications
- Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Assist walk-in customers with applications and provide clear, helpful guidance
- Capture and manage as-built (new asset) information
- Support compliance and works over customers with queries, application updates, and service requests
- Enhance and manage the customer experience within the online portal
- Ensure accuracy and quality of customer invoicing
- Provide strong administrative support to the wider Developer Services team

- Strives for first-call resolution and great customer outcomes
- Is a proactive team player who enjoys a challenge
- Brings a positive, can-do mindset and open approach
- Experience in water, wastewater, or utilities is a bonus—but not essential

Skills Required

- Focus on first-call resolution and delivering great customer outcomes

- Experience capturing and managing as-built (new asset) information and accurate invoicing
- Based in Newmarket office / able to work on-site in Newmarket
- Experience in water, wastewater, or utilities
