Be the first point of contact and make a real impact. As a Connections Services Advisor, you’ll be at the frontline—supporting customers across enquiries, applications, consents, engineering approvals, compliance, and connections.

Based in our Newmarket office and reporting to the Manager – Developer Services Admin, you’ll bring outstanding customer service to every interaction while helping keep our processes running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately process a wide range of applications
  • Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Assist walk-in customers with applications and provide clear, helpful guidance
  • Capture and manage as-built (new asset) information
  • Support compliance and works over customers with queries, application updates, and service requests
  • Enhance and manage the customer experience within the online portal
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of customer invoicing
  • Provide strong administrative support to the wider Developer Services team

  • Has excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Can juggle multiple tasks while staying organised and efficient
  • Strives for first-call resolution and great customer outcomes
  • Is a proactive team player who enjoys a challenge
  • Brings a positive, can-do mindset and open approach
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or utilities is a bonus—but not essential
