A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Connect and Assure Specialists, reporting to the Team Leader, Connect and Assure.
A bit about your role
The Connect and Assure Specialist sits within the Enterprise and Business Delivery Connect and Assure Team. Connect and Assure specialist is accountable for end-to-end ownership and Technical Case Management of business customer orders and incidents to drive timely and efficient outcomes that result in a strong customer experience of nbn services. The Connect and Assure Specialist will be critical to delivering an end-to-end business grade service through front and back of house functions that support nbn’s Business Customers.
The role involves managing communications across stakeholders, diagnosing and resolving issues, and continuously improving operational processes. The position operates within a shift rotation without direct people management responsibilities.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has experience supporting business customers in an operational environment, with strong technical knowledge of telecommunications technologies (FTTN/B, FTTC, FTTP, HFC) and Tier 2 troubleshooting capability. They bring solid case or account management experience, particularly in customer connections or assurance, along with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, customer empathy and organisational skills. The role also requires sound decision‑making within defined processes, escalating issues to senior stakeholders when appropriate.
