seeking a Senior Kafka / Java Developer to support real-time data
streaming initiatives. This role requires deep hands-on experience with
the Confluent Kafka platform along with strong Java/Springboot development skills to build microservices, connectors, and streaming
workflows.
The
ideal candidate is not just familiar with Kafka but has actively built
and operated event-driven systems at scale.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop Kafka
producers, consumers, and stream-processing solutions.
- Administer
Kafka clusters, topics, brokers, consumer groups, and connectors.
- Deploy and
manage Kafka Connect integrations.
- Configure
Schema Registry, ACLs, RBAC, TLS, and platform security controls.
- Develop custom
connectors using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build
automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Deploy Kafka
workloads to OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor
platform health using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Support CDC
integrations using Oracle GoldenGate and Debezium.
