Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Data science Director, you will create impact within our Investment Analytics Team, in the Paid Media department. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.

You will analyse media and social data to identify trends and provide insights for performance improvement, track and understand campaign performance using fractional attribution, and build internal relationships to support and educate the agency on how mathematical concepts can enhance marketing effectiveness.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Complete projects and mathematical analysis that assess the efficiency of paid media campaigns, including attribution models and geo-testing, to evaluate their impact on sales, conversions, awareness and other goals.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Media Planning, and Client Management teams to deliver these projects to our clients in the French market.
  • Collaborate with premium business partners to test new tech products and features, including beta versions.
  • Be a subject matter expert in client meetings, presenting technical solutions, reports, studies, presentations, and pitches with the support of the Account Manager,
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure the efficient execution of their tasks.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, with the ability to identify causations and correlations within multiple datasets.
  • Understanding of paid media platforms: DV360, Google Ads or GA4, Amazon Ads, and Meta for Business.
  • Skills coding with SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery or cloud technology such as GCP, AWS or Azure.


  • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You enjoy using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
