Job Title: Confirmations Operator, NCT

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

• You will be part of Cross asset Derviative Confirmations team, the team aims to process daily confirmations and related activities either manually or by using documentation tool called Thunderhead.
• The core functions covered within the team is to draft and dispatch the Legal confirmations to the clients, and help in execution of the Legal confirmations in a timely and efficient manner. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and business strategy.
• Thunderhead is a licensed external Vendor application. It is the preferred strategic document generation solution and content management.  Process involves Template development for Legal Docs using the Thunderhead platform.
• The team leverages the data at the core of our business and automatically drive content and form selection and simplify the complex document design. Also plans and monitors the progress of deliveries with agreed levels of quality, ensuring timely delivery.

Your key responsibilities

• Proficiency in Spanish language - Language certification at B2 level or above
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Smart Communication, Thunderhead tool for Derivatives, OTC products are added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills would be required to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of MS office tools such as Word, Excel, PPT.

Your skills and experience

• Graduate preferably in Commerce
• Experience in a Thunderhead Template creation role is preferable and exposure of IB operations and knowledge of derivative is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of ISDA confirmation template framework, Knowledge of the recent ISDA, Regulatory rules and & confirmation timeliness affecting OTC Derivatives.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.       
• Fluent with English, both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment,
• Eye for detail, ability to multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
