Clinisys' AI Philosophy Building an AI first organisation is central to Clinisys’ purpose and the impact we deliver. As a global provider of intelligent diagnostic informatics solutions, we build AI enabled, cloud based platforms to enhance diagnostic workflows across healthcare, life sciences, and public health. By applying intelligent technology thoughtfully and responsibly, we help laboratories and testing environments operate more effectively, generate meaningful insights at scale, and ultimately support healthier and safer communities. Operating across more than 30 countries, Clinisys expects all colleagues—regardless of role or function—to work confidently with AI enabled tools, apply digital and analytical thinking, and continuously adapt as technologies evolve. We must drive an AI-first sense of purpose and urgency. Job Summary: 1. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities • Execute configuration tasks assigned through structured intake systems (e.g. ServiceNow), ensuring full adherence to the instructions, context, and acceptance criteria provided within each request. • Interpret and apply detailed work instructions, templates, and supporting documentation to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across repeatable configuration activities. • Operate within a process-driven delivery framework, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with defined service levels and quality benchmarks. • Follow established escalation pathways when task inputs, requirements, or instructions are unclear or incomplete, ensuring risks to quality or timelines are proactively managed. • Maintain a strong focus on consistency and standardisation by adhering strictly to configuration standards, governance frameworks, and catalogue-defined approaches. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake quality by identifying gaps, ambiguities, or inefficiencies in task instructions and providing structured feedback to upstream roles (e.g. Configuration Architects, intake reviewers). • Develop and maintain configuration artefacts within the Services Catalogue, ensuring outputs are reusable, well-documented, and aligned to standard patterns. • Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation capabilities, where approved, to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across repetitive tasks. • Ensure all configuration activities are fully documented, version-controlled, and traceable in line with governance and audit requirements. • Collaborate with global teams in a structured manner to support throughput and workload balancing, without direct client interaction. 2. Skills needed to be successful • Knowledge of configuration management principles, tools, and implementation practices within enterprise software environments. • Understanding of AI-assisted tools for configuration, documentation, and automation, with awareness of secure and compliant usage. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into effective configurations. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in configuration tools and familiarity with scripting or automation platforms. • Ability to leverage AI tools to support documentation, configuration standardisation, and knowledge management. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams. • High attention to detail with strong documentation and quality assurance capabilities. 3. Required Experience & Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • Experience in configuration management, software implementation, or related technical roles. • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and configuration-driven implementations. • Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or AI-assisted development environments is desirable. • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with strong adherence to standards and governance. 4. Preferred Experience & Education • Experience with Clinisys solutions or similar healthcare/LIMS platforms. • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) for documentation, configuration, or automation tasks. • Experience in building or maintaining reusable catalogues, templates, or configuration repositories. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and global delivery models. • Strong focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency. 5. Supervisory Responsibilities None Shift Timings: • This is a permanent role comprising a five-day week with shifts to cover our US and UK hours from Monday to Friday. For India these are UK shifts from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
