Capabilities
- Lead the development and enforcement of hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines and ensure proper versioning of all configuration items (CIs)
- Manage end-to-end configuration control processes, including change tracking, impact analysis, approvals, and audit readiness
- Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items
- Support build, integration, testing, and release environments, ensuring configuration integrity and traceability
- Develop and document CM processes, including automated build and release procedures aligned with standards
- Perform configuration audits, support Change Control Board (CCB) activities, and ensure end-to-end configuration traceability
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- Six (6) years of experience in configuration management and version control on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university (or four (4) additional years of CM experience in lieu of degree)
Required Technical Skills
- Experience implementing and managing hardware and software configuration baselines and version control systems
- If supporting a developmental program: at least one (1) year of experience using a source code control system (e.g., Git, SVN, or equivalent) in a similar environment
