Roles and Responsibilities
Reviews design change proposals on behalf of manufacturing/supply chain
Initiates, supports and tracks implementation of design changes in supply chain environment
Provides design change training to supply chain functions (e.g. manufacturing engineering, procurement, quality)
Organizes and leads coordination meetings
Focal point between engineering and supply chain functions
Controls timely implementation of changes
Supports requests of design deviations risen by supply chain
Participates in process improvement activities, problem solving events and audits
Evaluates and updates existing procedures to reflect improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
University bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English and Czech language
Communicative with other team members, including senior staff
Previous experience with configuration management
Lean manufacturing focus
Desired Characteristics
Master’s degree from mechanical engineering university
Structured, data driven approach

Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary.
