CACI has an opening for a Logistics Analyst in support of the Theater Medical Information Program - Maritime (TMIP-M) and the Modernized Health Care Delivery (HCD) effort. Will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of Theater Medical Information Program- Maritime (TMIP-M) and Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) software on all U.S. Navy platforms. Communicate with commands to determine periods of availability, develop plans of action for the work to be conducted, monitor progress, and review executed deliverables to ensure satisfactory completion. Track the development of new software throughout its lifecycle and provide regular status reports. interfacing with commands for getting new TMIP-M/JOMIS software releases approved for installation on afloat and ashore platforms.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate shall support the TMIP-M and OPMED leadership and engineering teams. This will include but is not limited to:
- Lead a weekly meeting with Alteration Install Team coordinators to discuss scheduling TMIP-M/ JOMIS applications for inclusion in ship maintenance schedule, receive status reports regarding ongoing installations, and debrief personnel on recently completed installations.
- Communicate status of medical system releases at weekly staff meetings, Engineering Team meetings, and Configuration Control Board meetings.
- Apply knowledge of system design standards, policies, and approaches to ensure structured analysis principles and methods are achieved.
- Serve as the liaison between commands and the customer.
- Create and submit naval messages for Late Add, Technical Change Directive waivers, and Memorandum for the Record requests.
- Support business processes that span multiple computing environments to ensure TMIP-M/ JOMIS medical software is supported on various engineering platforms.
- Ensure TMIP-M/ JOMIS and other medical systems are accurately accounted for in various databases within the Navy Modernization Process.
- Maintain metrics for each process and report progress and trending to minimize external release duration and delay.
- Coordinate with NIWC Atlantic Configuration Management office to ensure all TMIP-M/ JOMIS and other medical systems software are properly registered, and that security polices, principles, and practices for the integration of software applications have been met.
- Generate and submit documentation to comply with Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) requirements for the installation of TMIP-M/ JOMIS software.
- Track the executed deliverables from completed installations to ensure compliance with project policies and standards.
- Compile monthly reports summarizing installation status, funding usage, and software issue resolutions for stakeholder review.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in health field, logistics and supply or related field
or three to five years of related logistical analysis experience.
- Requires a DoD Secret clearance (must be current)
- Work well with diversified Integrated Product Teams.
- Ability to work multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in an efficient manner a must.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and multi-tasking a must.
- Knowledge of and ability to coordinate, plan, research, and analyze situations, problems required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required.

- Former Navy active-duty experience
- Former NAVSEA or Shipyard experience
