Key responsibilities will be to:
• Design, develop, and automate software control and build/test methodologies.
• Manage daily CM build/test and release engineering tasks for development releases and customer hotfixes.
• Use software tools for source code control, build acceleration, and quality metrics reporting.
• Work with Operations, R&D, PV, and Program Management.
Qualifications
• BE/B Tech Comp Science or MCA.
Experience and Technical Skills required
• At least 2 years’ experience in software industry
• Experience in software integration, standards, automation
• Solid understanding of software product life cycle and product development processes
• Experience with source code control systems (Perforce preferred)
• Experience with Unix/Linux/windows operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Perl, Shell, Python
• Exposure to software analysis tools like Parasoft, GCOV
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
