Job Description: Role Responsibilities
· Document and record meeting minutes and action items for meetings with team and customers.
· Work with action items owners to ensure action items are completed on time.
· Create CDRL deliverables from meeting minutes according to a DID.
· Format, edit, and review as appropriate CDRL documents for delivery.
· Utilize Data Management Tools such as (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to support program needs.
· Position requires the ability to learn and use tools including SharePoint, SharePoint-based tools and Sunflower.
· Must be able to accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports utilizing tools.
· Develop and maintain program processes and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in a Data/Configuration Management role
· Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles as they apply to both Hardware and Software
· Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
· MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience.
· Previous experience supporting Government and/or Department of Defense customers.
· Clearance: Not required
Education: - HS or GED
