The Airborne Systems Business Area, part of the Defense Sector at Leidos, currently has an opening for a cleared Configuration Analyst to work at Wright Patterson AFB, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Air Force Research Lab, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, and other DoD missions. Your role will be to support product design changes and the effects to the overall system. Duties may include ensuring configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations and preparing deviations and waivers for government approval when specifications cannot be met.
Primary Responsibilities.

Support change management by routing problem reports, reviewing change requests and document prep

Review and release various configuration items, including documents and drawings
-
Verifies conformance to specifications, drawings, interface control documents, as defined with the program’s configuration management

Ability to assist in the use of configuration management tools to store, track and manage configuration items
-
Support PCAs/FCAs
-
Audit aircraft modifications/installations against baseline configuration reports and drawings
-
Audit mission systems hardware and software against baseline RMF/DIACAP artifacts
-
Support engineering review boards and configuration control boards
-
Assist in documenting and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and applicable government standards, including:

Correct markings
-
Security labels
-
Distribution statements
-
Basic Qualifications.
-
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 – 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Active TS security clearance.

Excellent communications skills, written and oral, to interface with customers and peers
-
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-
Strong Working Knowledge of SharePoint or other Document Management and Collaboration Tools

Excellent organizational skills
-
10% CONUS Travel Required
Preferred Qualifications.
-
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
-
Knowledgeable on aircraft systems
-
Familiarity with AS9100 requirements
-
Working knowledge of standard DoD Configuration Management Standards: MIL-HDBK-61 and/or EIA-649
-
Release Management of Technical Data (drawings/documents)
-
Experience with SharePoint Online list and forms

Pay Range:Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
