Our Configuration Analysts identify, analyze, and manage business needs in designated department, including performing work associated with programming and configuration of internal end user applications that are integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.
This is an onsite role located at our Meridian, Idaho campus and will offer a hybrid work schedule.
We are looking for a Configuration Analyst with:Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
Experience: none specifically required, though experience in configuration, analysis, enterprise business and/or technology processes, and/or relevant technical healthcare experience is preferred
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge in SQL - write SQL queries
- Provide support in developing, implementing, configuring, and testing releases and system upgrades.
- Configure Facets tables or applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with IT to complete final system configuration as required.
- Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities, including final configuration of tables or applications assigned to department.
- Research, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the needs of the business and ensure the solution meets the requirements of our partners.
- Plan and complete business user acceptance, regression testing, peer review, and related test activities.
- Develop scripts, reports, analytics, and processes to create efficiency and support compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work through a resolution (root cause analysis).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $60,048 to $84,069. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
