About the role
Four Seasons Resort Anguilla is looking for a Conference Service and Events Coordinator! The coordinator will support the Conference Team but also will handle the thriving Private Dining Market and the Internal Events.

What you will do

- Handling all the in-house meeting requests and BEOs

- Handling all private dining, elopement and smaller groups’ requests, starting with the correspondence and proposals, the planning, the contracting, facilitating requests to 3rd parties, the day-of execution and the billing

- Handling the invoicing and the purchase orders for the department

- Distributes Weekly BEO Packet, Events Daily Sheet, the Daily BEO package, and maintaining accurate BEO book

- Maintains orderly file keeping. Maintains orderly photo gallery. Maintains orderly folders in the department shared files, with updated and accurate information.

- The ability to effectively execute/maintain the sales process through handling site tours and inquiry calls with potential clients as needed, including walk-ins and in-house customer requests as needed.

What you bring

- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

- Must have strong computer skills in Word and Excel.

- Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.

- Must work well under stress and be able to meet deadlines with clients and with projects.

- Must be open to working extra hours if needed, evenings and over the weekend.

- Must be customer-focused, self-motivated, approachable, and able to work with different departments.

- Must possess a high level of creativity, enthusiasm, and flexibility.

Schedule & Hours:

-  Full time. Flexible to work during evening hours and weekends, as needed

Must have valid work authorization to work in Anguilla
