En tant que Conducteur de Travaux (H/F), vous êtes le garant de la bonne exécution des affaires vendues dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de nos engagements contractuels et du budget défini.
Au sein de notre agence basée à Lyon, vous intervenez sur le secteur de Lyon, Clermont Ferrand et l'Auvergne plus globalement.
Sur ce secteur, et avec vos équipes, vous êtes responsable de tous les chantiers d'installation d'ascenseurs, et êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients.
Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez gérer :
- Sécurité et Qualité : mise en oeuvre des moyens nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité sur le chantier, application du plan EHS, animation des réunions sécurité, garantir un montage et une mise en service en conformité avec la réglementation en vigueur
- Management de l'équipe : Vous aurez à manager une équipe de 7 à 8 techniciens ainsi que des partenaires sous-traitants.
- Suivi de l'exécution des chantiers confiés par le management : Vous assurez le bon avancement des chantiers, dans les plannings convenus avec votre Ingénieur Travaux/Ingénieur d'Affaire (mise en fabrication, planification des interventions, gestion du matériel et de l'outillage, interface entre les différents corps d''état...)
- Suivi client : vous participez aux réunions de suivi de chantier avec le client (gestion des avenants en cas d'aléas)
Vous êtes le responsable opérationnel sur la zone géographique.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
- Profil non-cadre, équivalent d'un chef d'équipe ou chef de chantier dans le BTP.
- Formation en électromécanique ou électrotechnique et / ou une expérience équivalente en expérience chantier.
- Vous avez une expérience d'au minimum 2 ans sur un poste similaire dans le secteur du bâtiment (gros oeuvre, second oeuvre ou promotion immobilière), ou une expérience de 5 à 10 ans en tant que technicien acquise dans le domaine de l'ascenseur.
- Vous possédez des compétences en management d'équipe ainsi qu'en préparation et gestion de portefeuille chantier.
- Vous avez des aptitudes organisationnelles et leadership
- Vous aimez le contact client et avez un bon relationnel
