The Coral Company is seeking an experienced Association Manager to lead operations at a large-scale residential property while inspiring teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive leader who can confidently manage large teams, anticipate operational needs before they arise, and bring energy, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate large on-site teams across operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and customer service
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing team members
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Board members, residents, vendors, and clients
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a large residential property with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and service excellence
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, capital projects, and operational performance
  • Build strong vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all property operations, reporting, and resident communications
  • Anticipate challenges proactively and drive solutions with urgency and professionalism
  • Deliver polished written and verbal communication with clients, residents, and internal leadership
  • Respond confidently during emergencies and maintain a strong operational presence

  • 3+ years of residential property management experience, ideally in large-scale HOA, condo, or high-rise communities
  • Proven success leading, motivating, and developing teams
  • Strong experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, residents, and vendors
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
