What You'll Do
- In this Temporary Concierge Specialist role, you will be an integral part of the Customer Support team. This is an anticipated 12-month contract opportunity with potential for extension pending the needs of the business. You will be focused on the following:
- Working with enterprise partners during the remote online notary (RON) closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of Lender and Title workflows, efficiently supporting key enterprise partners, and ensuring best practices are upheld across customer, notary, and signer interactions.
- You will be the point of contact for enterprise customers, title partners, notaries, and signers during the closing process.
- You will collaborate with our title partners to prepare for the closing to ensure a smooth transaction.
- You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Training, Account Management, and Customer Success to proactively address issues, enhance the Stavvy platform experience, and ultimately support our company’s goals of high satisfaction and seamless transactions.
- This person will be working Central, Mountain, or Pacific time
Who You Are
- As an ideal candidate, you’ll be inspired by the opportunity to play a key role in shaping an exceptional support experience in a dynamic, high-impact environment. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to ongoing product improvements based on firsthand customer feedback, participate in customer onboarding and product launches, and participate in refining resources like Help Desk articles, FAQs, and training materials.
- 3+ years of Concierge/Support experience with a background in Lender and Title processes
- 3+ years working with Closing Documentation Background in Fintech, Mortgage Lending, Servicing, or Origination strongly preferred
- This role requires a dedicated, resourceful professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, with a deep commitment to customer success and a knack for finding tailored solutions that drive long-term satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer usage, with the ability to navigate various software applications and online platforms.
- Experience in the mortgage origination or title industry, with a strong understanding of workflows and processes.
- Experience with RON (Remote Online Notarization) software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Encompass or other mortgage management platforms is a plus, as well as experience with document generation platforms like Docutech.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk to manage customer interactions and support tickets efficiently.
- Experience with web-based software tools such as Google Suite, Confluence, and Jira to facilitate collaboration, documentation, and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth closing meetings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in a professional setting.
Compensation Education
- The Boston based range for this full time position is $50,000 - $65,000

- Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
