How do we work?

Joining us you will be a part of a perfectly formed in-house Creative Team based in the UK and Poland. You will report into the Head of Creative Strategy you’d be tasked with creating a variety of engaging assets. You might have a copy background or an art direction one – you might even be able to do a little of both.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time concerning your commitments.

It is a fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility to extend it.

In this role, you will:

• Come up with fresh, exciting concepts for everything from YouTube to email to OOH (Out-of-Home advertising).

• Take projects from brief to final delivery.

• Develop a thorough understanding of trading.

• Translate complex information into simple clear messaging.

• Work well with the rest of the Creative Team and others throughout the business.

What skillsets do you need to be successful in this role?  

• Min. 5 years of experience in similar positions, in an advertising agency or Client-side.

• Fluent English.

• Passionate about coming up with creative ideas and confident about pitching, presenting and championing ideas.

• A first-class communicator, both on the page and orally.

• Has the rigor and attention to detail to work in a highly regulated sector. 

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• The candidates are obligated to show examples of their previous work by sharing a link to their portfolio.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working within the financial sector or knowledge of trading.
