Job Description
For our aftermarket department "Mobility Aftermarket", we are now looking for a Concept Coordinator to support and develop the Workshop Concept, Bosch Car Service (450 workshops) in the Nordic & Baltic region.
In your daily work you will work closely with the Sales teams in each of the countries in our region, as well as working cross-functionally in an international environment including the Bosch Central Workshop Concept team in Europe. Locally you will be a part of a great Nordic Concept team to follow up and improve business opportunities and support rollout of European marketing strategies.
Some of your main tasks will be;
- You will be responsible for the Bosch Car Service Quality program to ensure a high level of quality in the workshops in terms of processes, standards, and compliance with branding guidelines, etc.
- In collaboration with external providers, you will follow up on independent quality tests and, in consultation with the sales department, implement the necessary improvements
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of Category Management and third party agreements
- Proactively take the lead for actions and initiatives with collaboration partners
- Maintain and strengthen the Bosch Service Excellence program (Business development) training courses in close collaboration with our HQ in Germany and local external providers
- Implement and maintain new concept initiatives
- Reporting and target follow-up
Qualifications
To be a success in this position, we are looking for a profile who has;
- Experience or desire to work with the automotive industry
- Marketing background
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong presentation skills & MS Office skills
- Project Management skills
- High motivation, proactive, self-driven and target oriented
- Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English (our Corporate language)
Additional Information
The position is located in Ballerup in a walking distance from Ballerup train station. A hybrid work form is also possible with flexible working conditions. You can expect up to 20 travelling days per year (both domestic and international).
