ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities- 管理一组进行不同项目（不同风格，种类，平台等）的超过10人的初级和资深概念美术师；
- 与顾客商议制作作品的制作流程；
- 确保产品的技术和艺术质量是可交付的；
- 管理与客户沟通关于艺术和技术问题；
- 设计与制作质量基准的其他概念艺术家团队。这可能包括(但不限于)环境、背景、人物、道具、自解压和配色方案的游戏或视频生产基于开发团队提出的想法；
- 参与新员工的招聘和培训。
- 超过10年游戏行业概念美术的工作经验，至少5年的领导经验；
- 高水平的创造力；
- 能够轻松在艺术风格之间转换；
- 专业使用Photoshop, Blender, Painter, Sketch Up. 了解游戏引擎Unreal和Unity更佳；
- 很强的美术天赋，在工业设计中,绘画,人物和环境绘画上有很强的能力，理解色彩理论和调色板创建；
- 有关卡概念美术制作的经验，能够与游戏策划师和关卡美术师合作；
- 很强的组织能力，关注细节，对领导和辅导他人有热情；
- 艺术学院/大学相关专业(包括建筑、工业设计、纺织/服装设计)；
- 良好的工作的英语知识是加分项。
Skills Required
- Over 10 years of experience in game industry concept art
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- High creativity and ability to switch between art styles
- Professional use of Photoshop, Blender, Painter, Sketch Up
- Familiarity with Unreal and Unity game engines is a plus
- Strong artistic talent and understanding of color theory
- Experience in level concept art production
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Degree in art-related fields (e.g., architecture, industrial design)
- Good command of English is a plus
