JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Atender as necessidades de compras da divisão Aftermarket, de produtos correntes tanto quanto, trabalhar no desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores atendendo os clientes internos e externos, juntamente a times multifuncionais localmente e globalmente. Realizando todo processo de compras desde suas cotações iniciais à sua negociação final com fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento de cláusulas contratuais, baseadas em política e acordos comerciais da organização.
Requisitos necessários:
Ter ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Comércio Exterior, Logística e Engenharia
Experiência profissional como comprador de produtos correntes tanto quanto, trabalhar no desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores atendendo os clientes internos e externos
Inglês avançado
Requisitos desejáveis:
Treinamento em processos, contratos de compras, matemática financeira e técnicas aprimoradas de negociação

Responsabilidades:
Receber solicitações de compra, selecionando e agrupando-as por tipo e/ou características de materiais, prioridades estabelecidas em programações existentes, visando dar início ao processo de aquisição.
Efetuar a compra de materiais diretos e indiretos, nacionais ou importados e de serviços diversos, baseando-se em orientações recebidas, ordens de compra e programações existentes, discutindo, negociando e/ou propondo melhores condições comerciais, referentes às formas de pagamento, índices para reajustes e garantia, prazos de entrega e descontos e juros, verificando características de materiais, equipamentos, entre outros itens, através de visitas e/ou contatos telefônicos, visando suprir as necessidades da empresa.
Efetuar cotações de preços junto a fornecedores, baseando-se em orientações, solicitações de compra e programações existentes, contatando via telefone e/ou através de visitas em outras empresas, discutindo assuntos relacionados à disponibilidade de atendimento de pedidos, preços e garantia oferecida etc., visando obter parâmetros comparativos para posterior aquisição de produtos.
Analisar as propostas recebidas de fornecedores, discutindo com equipe de compradores, avaliando condições comerciais para a aquisição de produtos, tais como: formas de pagamento, reajustes, juros, descontos etc., efetuando cálculos de índices, identificando as melhores condições de compra, preparando os processos e enviando ao superior para definições.
Desenvolver novos fornecedores, consultando livros, revistas e publicações especializadas, efetuando contatos telefônicos e/ou realizando visitas técnicas, avaliando capacidade produtiva, instalações, formas de pagamento e outros, visando expandir rol de empresas, bem como identificar no mercado fornecedores potenciais.
Elaborar relatórios e planilhas de acompanhamento dos processos de compra e demais atividades do setor, utilizando-se de formulários e/ou aplicativos específicos, para fins de controle, comunicação e propiciar consultas futuras.
Manter contatos com outras áreas da empresa, prestando e/ou obtendo informações referentes aos processos de compra, tais como: características de materiais, prazos de entrega, problemas de programação etc., a fim de coletar informações necessárias para o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos.
Auxiliar na realização de auditorias internas ou externas, baseando-se em orientações recebidas, efetuando o levantamento de informações e/ou documentações solicitadas e esclarecendo dúvidas, visando otimização dos serviços.
Manter organizado arquivo de catálogos e demais publicações especializadas e colaborar na manutenção de cadastro de fornecedores.
