Responsible for the development of motor components, primarily lamination and magnet. Formulate technical solutions for motor components based on customer requirements, and coordinate with other departments to complete component development, prototype manufacturing, product validation and related work.
Develop and manage component design-related documents, including 3D models & drawings, FEA analysis reports, DFMEA, CAMDS, etc.
Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues encountered during the component development process. Support technical issues of assembly or sub-assembly which can be contributed by components.
Serve as the technical interface between the internal design team and component suppliers, including evaluating supplier capabilities and tracking/supporting suppliers in their component development activities.
Provide technical support for component-related issues during process development, quality management and production phases.
As a member of the project team, collaborate with other responsible stakeholders to ensure the smooth mass production of new products.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, develop advanced technologies, and drive product VAVE initiatives.
