The Compliance Testing Manager position will serve as a key role in managing the compliance testing function and compliance oversight of the processes in each business line. This position will perform a variety of duties for the areas noted below. This position will be responsible for ensuring the various components of the compliance management system are in place and functioning properly. This position requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. The individual in this position will receive direction from the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. This position can be housed in any Central Bank market. Hybrid or remote work environment available to qualified candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements, coordinates and monitors the compliance testing program including procedures, scheduling and review of results
Manages and mentors compliance staff under direct supervision • Prepares management reports for various oversight committees
Participates in the overall assessment of compliance risk and assists with the maintenance of the compliance management system
Provides compliance staff with support and assistance by resolving questions, issues, or concerns regarding testing results
Assists with examinations and compliance audits as needed
May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

SPHERE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The activities of this position will be focused on mitigating the level of compliance risk for the company.
This position will work closely with corporate compliance, corporate bank management as well as market management and personnel.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: Corporate Compliance Personnel, Corporate Bank Management, Market Management, Market Personnel.
External: Regulatory examiners, external auditors, third-party service provider contacts.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent of five years banking experience.
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or willingness to obtain the designation preferred.
Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with management and persuasiveness to solicit management and employee cooperation.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex laws and regulations.
Strong personal management skills, including time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of all general types of office equipment; must possess good computer skills with proficiency in basic Word and Excel programs.
Valid driver's license with clean driving background, ability to travel to affiliate bank locations including day and overnight travel.
Flexible with working schedule to allow work routines that may be required at times of audits, examinations or other special reviews.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment, with PC and telephone applications. The individual experiences little discomfort from noise, dust or other factors. Day and limited overnight travel may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. The work schedule will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday but flexibility will be required. This position can be housed in any Central Bank market. Hybrid or remote work environment available to qualified candidates.
