Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital banking, savings, and lending products
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of transactions, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for digital banking products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure smooth licensing processes and ongoing compliance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in product development and operations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting digital banking, savings, and lending in Indonesia
- Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to regulators and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions and support the team in addressing compliance-related inquiries and audits
Requirements
- Around 3-5 years of experience in compliance, with a strong track record in digital banking, savings, or lending
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s financial regulatory landscape, including OJK and BI requirements
- Experience managing licensing processes and regulatory communications
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regulators and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a high degree of ownership and adaptability
- Familiarity with digital banking products and fintech innovations is a plus
