What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for compliance systems, ensuring full regulatory coverage
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for compliance systems, with focus on API and end-to-end integration testing
- Develop test automation solutions that validate regulatory requirements and compliance rules are correctly implemented
- Work closely with development teams to improve testability of compliance systems and build comprehensive regression coverage
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are being met
- Design and implement compliance observability systems to ensure stability and regulatory compliance of online business
What We Look For In You:
- Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role, with specific experience in automated testing
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory technology domains
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in Java, with understanding of JVM configuration, multi-threading, and concurrency frameworks
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools for both API and UI testing. Ability to script test automation using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective documentation and cross-team collaboration
- Clear logical thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
