  • Reporting and program oversight: Support executive and Board reporting, compliance metrics, and ongoing program activities, partnering with the Compliance Systems & Analytics Manager on reporting and automation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Approximately 8–10 years of experience in corporate program management, transformation, HR, HSSE, Legal, operations, compliance, risk management, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver practical solutions.
  • Tech-savvy and forward-thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities to use technology, data, and automation to improve processes and solve problems.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in construction, energy, infrastructure or industrial services.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Exposure to investigations, corporate governance, policy implementation, risk management, or internal controls.
