Job Summary
The Compliance Program Coordinator role is responsible for performing basic tasks as part of BC’s comprehensive assessments, analyses, development and implementation of transformation strategies and implementation plans for our client’s businesses. This includes contributing to strategic planning, organizational development, comprehensive planning, policy and procedure development, business process mapping, evaluation and development, and change management efforts. The position works under close supervision and is guided by more experienced colleagues or supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with targeted and/or comprehensive business assessments and development of implementation strategies and plans for our clients to enhance their operations and efficiency.
- Assist with efforts to support Client’s development of comprehensive planning approaches and practices that connect strategic goals and objectives to implementation.
- Assist with developing guidelines, processes, and procedures for client assigned functional areas to bolster operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with organizational development and management services for clients to achieve organizational excellence.
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
Skills and Competencies
- Familiar with systems thinking principles for analyzing organizational and business needs.
- Familiar with the process of researching, developing and communicating an understanding of a client’s essential or critical business factors.
- Initial understanding of organizational function and structure.
- Familiar with organizational development and management principles.
- Familiar with workforce development, performance improvement and organizational design.
- Initial understanding of governance and policy development.
- Effective facilitation and interview skills.
- Effective communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Developing proficiency in business process analysis, mapping, and development skills.
Experience
- Typically, 0-2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated history of problem-solving in academic or professional setting.
- Encouraged to certify in BC's Subject Matter Specialist Framework in the first six months of being hired for the role.
Education
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications or a related field.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $71,000 - $96,000
Location B: $78,000 - $106,000
Location C: $85,000 - $115,000
