RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather, review, and validate operational, environmental, or safety related compliance data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency; investigate trends, discrepancies, and anomalies.
Prepare, review, and submit required reports using internal and external reporting systems; manage system access and serve as an administrator for data and reporting platforms.
Maintain organized, accurate, and audit ready electronic records and documentation; ensure records are legible, traceable, and readily accessible for internal review and external inquiries.
Track deadlines, action items, limits, work orders, and recurring requirements using task and workflow management systems; verify completion and alignment.
Collaborate with site staff, operations, maintenance, project teams, analysts, contractors, and external stakeholders to gather inputs, coordinate activities, support site visits, and resolve data or documentation issues.
Manage files, correspondence, scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, inventories, and logistics; support projects by tracking budgets, schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
Utilize specialized data and document management systems to upload, revise, index, and report information; support training, respond to inquiries, and participate in process improvement and special projects.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements and expenses for personnel; manage office calendar to facilitate workflow.
Support MPL leadership with administrative tasks as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of related experience required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10%
