The Role
The Governance and Program Support (GPS) team manages key components of Block's Compliance Risk Management Framework within Block Compliance. As a Compliance Policy and Training Manager, you'll drive our global compliance policy and training programs, ensuring they're current, effective, and meet regulatory requirements.
You Will
  • Manage end-to-end global compliance training operations, including content deployment, audience management, and completion tracking
  • Drive data-drive program improvements through analytics, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to training procedures, controls, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  • Manage training system administration, vendor relationships, and program automation initiatives
  • Oversee completion tracking, escalation processes, and inputs to executive reporting
  • Manage audit and examination responses related to training programs
  • Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Support policy requests, as needed

You Have
  • 5-7 years in Compliance and/or Risk Management
  • 5+ years managing training programs in regulated financial services
  • Proven track record of program management and process improvement
  • Experience with learning management systems and program automation
  • Excellence in data analysis, visualization, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing audit and regulatory examination responses
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational demands

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
