What You’ll Do:
As a Compliance Team Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory standards and fosters a culture of compliance. You will be ensuring the smooth operation of compliance training planning and effective communication across the organization. Your role will involve a blend of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks, all aimed at maintaining high standards of compliance and fostering a culture of integrity.
Your Role:
You will be working closely with stakeholders from all over the world. You will be supporting the team with related administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks, addressing their queries and ensuring they have the resources needed. You will focus on developing and maintaining annual training schedules and reporting the attendance and efficiency, identifying areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global stakeholder management
- Serve as a go-to person for all training coordination and reporting matters
- Keeping detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
- Managing schedules and email inboxes, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritization of key matters
- Preparing agendas, materials, and following up on action items
- Performing other administrative duties for the compliance team
- Handling sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality
You are:
- A candidate that has experience within scheduling, organizing, and coordinating.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive with a hands-on approach, maintaining excellent efficiency.
- Able to proactively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Initiative attitude with the ability to work both independently and as a trusted member of a team
- Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
- Flexible, positive, and inclusive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in Polish and advanced English
