Your day-to-day impact:- Lead regulatory submissions, reporting and correspondence with MAS, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Act as the primary steward for AML/CFT controls in Singapore, driving continuous enhancement of the compliance framework.
- Challenge and support Product, Engineering and Business teams to embed compliance-by-design in new initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring, testing and thematic reviews to ensure operational compliance and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Maintain, update and govern compliance documentation including policies, manuals, and procedures.
- Represent the compliance function in internal governance forums and support senior leadership with regulatory intelligence and recommendations.
- Strong, hands-on regulatory compliance experience under the Payment Services Act (PSA) and MAS AML/CFT notices.
- Demonstrated ownership of regulatory reporting and direct interactions with supervisory authorities.
- Expertise in risk and control design, including independent monitoring and Second Line challenge.
- Proactive ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational processes.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and challenge the business when needed.
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience as a named MLRO or deputy MLRO for a regulated financial institution.
- Exposure to regional APAC regulatory environments and cross-border compliance considerations.
- Proven ability to leverage automation, analytics or AI-enabled tools to improve compliance operations.
