We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our ever evolving Taiwan Compliance team and help shape the future of global commerce.What you’ll ownProvide regulatory advisory across corporate governance, business activities, and licensing to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
Lead risk-based compliance reviews, identifying gaps and driving adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Serve as the primary liaison with domicile regulators and relevant parties, managing compliance-related communications and submissions
Oversee AML/CFT compliance and risk management, ensuring effective controls and monitoring frameworks are implemented
Deliver compliance training and policy dissemination to enhance employee understanding and ensure organization-wide compliance
Master’s degree in Law, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline
At least 5+ years of experience managing compliance risks within the financial services industry
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to engage regulators and stakeholders effectively
Proven experience in business process improvement and data management within data-intensive environments
Ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and develop practical, cost-effective solutions
Working knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy principles
Familiarity with Design Thinking techniques and methodologies
Exposure to metadata management and data quality improvement practices
