We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure our organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements across all operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Policy Development: Create, standardize, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Risk Management: Conduct compliance risk assessments and provide advisory services to business units.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulators, audit teams, and external stakeholders.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs that cover all aspects of the company’s operations to ensure a culture of compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a compliance position within the financial sector, preferably in the banking or payment service provider (PSP) industries
• Experience with compliance monitoring, risk analysis and preparing reports
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
