Compliance ManagerHybrid work arrangement - Two times per week required in-office based out of our Coppell, TX location near Dallas. JOB SUMMARY: The Compliance Manager is an essential member of the Compliance Department leadership team responsible for the execution and enforcement of the PGP Corporate Compliance Program. This position reports to the Vice President–Compliance. The Compliance Manager is a working manager and may oversee other employees.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Compliance Manager, under direction of the Vice President-Compliance, will be assigned responsibility for elements of the Corporate Compliance Program. These duties may include:

  • Implementation of compliance monitoring programs as directed by the company’s governance committees.
  • Lead external examinations by being the key contact with regulators. Gather information and draft responses for external examinations requests; communicate with all pertinent parties; and partner with business leads to implement action plans to address exam findings.
  • Lead change management program that identifies potential and actual regulatory changes that may affect the company; oversee the communication of regulatorily-driven changes as needed; identify and develop action plans as a result of regulatory changes where appropriate.
  • Resolve escalations of findings by automated fraud and compliance monitoring tools.
  • Lead QA Compliance data analysis program, including data gathering, interpretation of reports and partnering with third party vendors. 
  • Lead data analysis program, responsible for data provided to business partners to review and address action items.
  • Update and prepare policies and procedures related to primary areas of oversight.
  • Escalate compliance risks and issues. Collaborate with business partners to remediate identified risks.
  • Extract, compile, analyze, interpret and present data as required. Responsible for data accuracy.
  • Lead reviews of claims for breach of Business Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver designated compliance reports accurately and timely.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent
  • Delegates work according to employee’s abilities and skills
  • Evaluates employee’s performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance
  • Provides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities
  • Creates opportunities for employee growth
  • Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors).
  • Mentor direct reports to increase their knowledge in examinations, document requirements and customer resolution activities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • ·Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in all facets of Title Insurance and Escrow practices with emphasis on regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and Data Analytic skills required in order to extract, compile and analyze data from various databases.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and strong aptitude for proprietary or customized systems
  • Strong aptitude for analytical work to include legal and regulatory research, documentation of findings, risk analysis, policy development,
  • Strong reading comprehension of technical/regulatory documentation is required
  • Working knowledge of Title Insurance and Escrow practices within multiple states to coincide with our national footprint.
  • Knowledge of Title Insurance and Escrow Practices and state regulations
  • Initiative to meet and/or exceed job standards and willingness to take on other tasks that are not part of their regular job
  • Organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task in an ever-changing environment
