- Lead and support audit engagements such as SOC and PCI ensuring compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments, document root cause analyses, and track corrective action plans to resolution.
- Develop, author, and revise enterprise policies and procedures; monitoring emerging regulations and data protection laws to maintain compliance.
- Engage stakeholders to integrate audit findings into the organization's strategic planning.
- Lead cross-functional projects ensuring successful remediation of compliance related initiatives.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a preferred focus in accounting, audit, finance, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in compliance and auditing, expertise in accounting preferred
- Demonstrated experience with PCI and SOC audits, compliance frameworks, and privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR
- Proven capacity to lead cross-functional projects ensuring successful remediation of compliance related initiatives
