Monitor and renew factory, CLRA, and labor compliance licenses; coordinate statutory register preparation, returns, muster uploads, and compliance record submissions. Conduct monthly vendor audits, prepare statutory approval and amendment documents, submit filings to authorities, follow up on client payments, and support clients during government inspections, queries, and objections. Consolidate periodic return data, obtain client approval, and ensure all submissions meet deadlines.

  • Co-ordinate with client and collect required input for various labor laws for prepare the monthly statutory registers.
  • Co-ordinate with client and collect the input and complete all statutory returns with in time line.
  • Monthly muster input upload in CLMS/TAMS and co-ordinate with Back office to collect monthly statutory register.
  • Monthly compliance records/registers to be uploaded in Simpliance REMO.
  • Monthly vendor audit to be conducted and report send to Reporting Manager.
  • Docs preparation related to statutory approval/amendment etc.
  • Statutory doc's submission to various authority.
  • Payment follow-up with client & Assist the client in effectively handling queries, objections and inspections by Government Authorities.
  • Periodical returns data to be consolidated and to get approval from client and get it done before the due date.
