Compliance Engineer – PREFERRED CANDIDATE IDENTIFIED
- Estimated annual base pay: $102,000.00 (minimum) - $133,000.00 (midpoint) - $163,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Oversight: Monitors and ensures adherence to relevant industry regulations and internal standards across engineering projects.
- Policy Development: Develops and updates compliance policies and procedures to align with changing regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Audit Management: Conducts regular compliance audits and assessments, identifying and addressing areas of nonconformance.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Partners with engineering, legal, and operational teams to integrate compliance considerations into project planning and execution.
- Training and Support: Provides guidance and training to engineering teams on compliance requirements and best practices to foster a culture of compliance.

Successful candidates typically have:
- 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
