SEL has an exciting opportunity to welcome a new employee-owner to our Product Compliance team in Pullman, WA. As a Compliance Engineer Intern, you will support projects, provide technical support, and work in a state-of-the-art test facility.

As a Compliance Engineer Intern, a typical day might include the following:
Learning SEL products and markets.
Maintaining a detailed understanding of the standards, requirements, and solutions for compliance areas (e.g., EMC, Safety, Product Ecology).
Assisting with compliance tests, procedures, and reports for the assigned compliance area and ensure test documentation is complete and filed in accordance with ISO 17025 (A2LA) and quality system requirements.
This job might be for you if:
You are pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
You are proficient with Microsoft Windows Applications.
You have practical knowledge of SEL protective relays & automation controllers.
You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Pay Range Data
$19.50 - $32.50 per hour. Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
