.We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our Engineering Maintenance team within Crown Perth’s dynamic resort environment.
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating safety, compliance, and training activities, ensuring the department meets all operational and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities
- Coordinate and track mandatory training and compliance records
- Conduct workplace inspections (chemical storage, safety, OHS)
- Identify compliance gaps and track corrective actions to completion
- Maintain accurate compliance registers, reports and documentation
- Support audits, contractor compliance, and safety initiatives
About you
- Experience in compliance, WHS, maintenance admin, or facilities support
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working with stakeholders and contractors
- Strong skills in Excel, record keeping, and reporting
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV in WHS, Compliance, Business (or similar) or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Permit to Work systems, audits or inspections highly regarded
- Experience in hospitality, property, or large-scale operations desirable
