We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our Engineering Maintenance team within Crown Perth’s dynamic resort environment.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating safety, compliance, and training activities, ensuring the department meets all operational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities
  • Coordinate and track mandatory training and compliance records
  • Conduct workplace inspections (chemical storage, safety, OHS)
  • Identify compliance gaps and track corrective actions to completion
  • Maintain accurate compliance registers, reports and documentation
  • Support audits, contractor compliance, and safety initiatives

About you

  • Experience in compliance, WHS, maintenance admin, or facilities support
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working with stakeholders and contractors
  • Strong skills in Excel, record keeping, and reporting

Qualifications & experience

  • Certificate IV in WHS, Compliance, Business (or similar) or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to Permit to Work systems, audits or inspections highly regarded
  • Experience in hospitality, property, or large-scale operations desirable
