Responsibilities

  • Maintain Fleet DOT and Facility Compliance
  • Assist with facility and driver compliance training for all drivers and plant employees
  • Assist in the development of compliance training programs
  • Prepare required permit summary reports
  • Assist the with facility and transportation policy development
  • Assist with compliance of the driver’s hours of service regulations. Including reviewing of logs, and log corrections as well as informing drivers of disciplinary actions as a result of violations
  • Support the Facility Compliance Manager and the Transportation Compliance Manager
  • Filing and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with projects assigned by the Compliance Manager 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
