The Role:

The Compliance Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Risk & Compliance function. This entry level role focuses on tracking, documentation, coordination, and execution of compliance related tasks across the organization.

This role supports multiple locations and departments and works closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager, Operations and external vendors.

What we will ask of you:

  • Administrative & Compliance Support:

    • Maintain and organize compliance trackers and records (leases, insurance, licenses) using Excel and shared databases.
    • Track lease expirations, renewal dates and key contract milestones across all establishments.
    • Maintain insurance records by location, carrier, and policy type.
    • Assist with compliance documentation and audit readiness.

    Insurance & Risk Coordination:

    • Gather required information for new location insurance requests.
    • Complete and submit insurance request forms.
    • Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) received from vendors and third parties.

    Training & Program Support:

    • Support compliance related training initiatives as directed, including scheduling, tracking and documentation.
    • Help maintain training records and compliance completion logs.

    Operational & Cross Functional Support

    • Assist with organizing and documenting compliance processes and workflows as directed.
    • Respond to routine compliance related inquiries from internal teams by providing information or escalating to the Risk & Compliance Manager as appropriate.
    • Assist with special projects, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Interest in compliance, risk management, legal operations or corporate governance
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, strong analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other related business and communication tools
  • Thorough attention to detail and knowledge with traditional and modern training processes
  • Able to manage a wide variety of people in a very faced paced setting
  • Able to work evenings and weekends and travel as and when required
