We are looking to hire a Compliance Coordinator in the LCPA – Compliance Operations
The role will be responsible for working within the LCPA Compliance Operations, specifically within the service & support function to deliver excellent and consistent experience for all our clients through our channels of communication.
This role will support portfolio of Compliance, assisting local Compliance Officer of their day-to-day needs.

We will count on you for:
· Must be able to understand Gift and Entertainment policies, Merger and Acquisition, Conflict Checking, Web site update, Policy updation
· You will be involved in Compliance task under the supervision of and in co-ordination with our Global Parter, such as preparation of various reports, data analysis.
· Maintaining working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that business activities are aligned to company compliance policy and procedures.
· Must possess analytical skills to effectively analyse data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to support compliance efforts.
· Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities to identify compliance issues, propose solutions, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
· Must exhibit high ethical standards and integrity in your work, as compliance professionals handle sensitive information and make critical decisions.
· Should be familiar with compliance software (Bridger), data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies used in the compliance field.

- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
