As an Associate in the team you will take responsibility for key projects and initiatives, working closely with global partners and APAC stakeholders in Compliance Conduct Operational Risk (CCOR), as well as key Corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Technology, Real Estate, Resiliency etc.). The role presents an excellent opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders and gain insight into the management of CCOR in a complex global financial institution.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage independent headcount, expense, real estate, and budgetary management.
- Produce management information to ensure departmental resources are utilized effectively and to facilitate management decisions on budget and headcount.
- Prepare strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews to navigate revenue growth strategy and business priorities.
- Support CCOR in achieving business objectives, formulating strategic decisions & initiatives, and identifying risks & opportunities.
- Work closely with various control and support functions on various BAU and ad hoc projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task changing demands and take ownership
- Strong interest in the Business Management / Governance area
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with excellent attention to detail, articulate in written and verbal communication, and present and support conclusions to senior management.
- A team player who can work smoothly with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and an ability to learn quickly.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools.
