Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and provide compliance advice for various overseas business activities and credit products, including mobile installment and other lending-related services, in alignment with business goals and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Develop and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) processes, to streamline operations while effectively controlling compliance risks.
- Provide compliance consulting and support to business and functional departments.
- Assist in delivering compliance-related training programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related roles within financial institutions or payment companies;
- Candidates with lending compliance experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Capable of thoroughly understanding legal support needs and key compliance risk points in business operations.
- Excellent communication and execution abilities;
- Able to complete tasks efficiently and summarize key findings clearly.
