We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our compliance team as a Compliance Associate.
Performance Objectives

• Assist in the capture and retention of all required certifications, acknowledgments, reporting and similar documentation required under compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in processing and reviewing compliance approval requests.
• Assist in maintaining policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor internal compliance systems to ensure effective and efficient application.
• Coordinate with partners across the company in support of compliance projects and policies.
• Report and escalate issues to senior compliance staff.
• Assist in responding to client questionnaires.

Competitive Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant work experience helpful, but not required
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to strictly maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate standards or procedures efficiently and effectively to achieve compliance program goals.
• Ability to research information and respond to issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
• Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to work in an office environment as required.
• Travel requirements: 0% or as required for company needs

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 + bonus
