About the role

  • We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented assurance professional to support the delivery of external assurance reports and certifications across D&A, Post Trade and Capital Markets. This role will play a key part in coordinating audit activity, managing stakeholder engagement, tracking evidence requests, supporting the successful completion of SOC and ISO audits.
  • Working closely with the Attestation and Certification Managers, you will help ensure audit activity is well-managed, stakeholders are informed and engaged, findings are communicated and remediated effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001, audits and certifications.
  • Coordinate audit activities across internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Track audit requests, evidence submissions and due dates, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
  • Review audit evidence for quality and completeness before submission.
  • Communicate audit findings and support stakeholders in the remediation of issues and control gaps.
  • Provide regular status reporting on audit progress, risks and next steps.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to assurance and certification.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related controls/governance role.
  • Good understanding of assurance and certification frameworks including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing reports and audit evidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience working in a large, global and hybrid organisation.

Desirable

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRISC.
