Compliance Analyst

Intapp is looking for a Compliance Analyst with a strong interest in security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and some demonstrable experience in the area. What you'll do

• Collaborating with stakeholders across all departments to support security governance and compliance initiatives.

• Managing security and compliance projects, including coordinating external audits and driving activities through to completion.

• Reviewing and maintaining security policies, processes, and controls to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Conducting security control testing and supporting internal and external audit activities.

• Performing third-party risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and contract security reviews.

• Managing user access reviews and supporting identity and access governance activities.

• Responding to security questionnaires from customers and prospects.

• Working with security and compliance platforms such as Optro, including the TPRM and CrossComply modules, and the Microsoft security ecosystem.

• Supporting governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's security posture.

What you'll need:

• 3–5 years of experience in security compliance, governance, risk, or a related information security role.

• Experience managing security and compliance projects with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience with third-party risk management, vendor assessments, contract reviews, and security control testing.

• Familiarity with user access reviews, governance processes, and audit coordination.

• Hands-on experience with Optro, particularly the TPRM and CrossComply modules, and Microsoft security tools is highly desirable.

• Good technical understanding of information security concepts, security controls, and risk management principles.

• Experience working with security frameworks and certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance standards.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
