What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Compliance Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct reviews related to the business practices of independent advisors.

• Perform analyses and prepare recommendation reports.

• Collaborate on reviews of advisors' business practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Support various business lines and partners by conducting analyses and assessments related to compliance requirements applicable to the distribution and manufacturing of financial products and services.

• Participate in compliance department projects where your expertise is required.

• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in compliance or financial product distribution.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant field.

• Has a solid understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the distribution of financial products, including those established by the AMF and other regulatory bodies.

• Possesses an advanced level of French, as the individual will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with French-speaking partners on a regular basis

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in compliance or financial product distribution
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to distribution of financial products, including AMF
  • Advanced level of French (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to formulate clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a changing environment
