What You'll Do

  • Conduct risk-based integrity and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence reviews on prospective and existing third parties.

  • Collect, review and analyze information from public records, screening results and other data sources to support due diligence activities.

  • Document due diligence findings, observations and recommendations for review by Ethics & Compliance management.

  • Support enhanced due diligence, investigations and remediation efforts associated with identified third-party concerns.

  • Assist with the maintenance of third-party risk records and risk mitigation measures.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate third-party onboarding, due diligence reviews, remediation actions and compliance requirements.

  • Support the administration and maintenance of third-party screening tools, due diligence platforms and compliance systems.

  • Generate and analyze operational metrics and reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Support the development and maintenance of procedures, training materials and knowledge resources to promote operational consistency.

  • Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams to support information gathering, monitoring activities and program initiatives.

  • Maintain compliance documentation, databases and records in accordance with departmental requirements.

  • Provide information and supporting documentation for audits, compliance reviews and certifications.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance systems, workflows and processes designed to mitigate compliance risks.

  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to Ethics & Compliance, ABAC compliance and Third Party Risk Management activities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and interpret information from multiple sources.

  • Experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption principles, third-party due diligence, and risk-based compliance processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
