About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will support the team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employer variances files, assisting with distribution requests, and maintaining compliance records in our system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.

Skills and Qualification

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and with a team in a results/deadline driven environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
